These Terms cover your use of the Royallagoonpavilion website and any service, reservation or experience reserved through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. Photographic identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to follow our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to keep the environment safe. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Royallagoonpavilion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
